Conducts refresher trainings / audits to improve the team performance.
Development trainings for self and team member.
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Provide L1 Voice Support.
Handling user call validation process, and to ensure the client satisfaction as well as user fulfillment.
Customer interaction, trouble shooting, queries handling.
Must have experience in international voice process.
