1. Minimum 4 -5 years experience with strong communication skill.
2. Candidate must have exp. In overseas client facing support for at least two years, US/UK preferred.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems remotely, proficient in and remote management and help desk support.
4. Telephonic desktop support, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting, user and group creation, Network printer installation, troubleshooting Shared & NTFS Permissions, AV management, software & driver installation, backup & recovery, VPN configuration.
5. Resolving start up and login problems, Desktop performance and optimization, resolving browser and internet connection, Wi-Fi issues, troubleshooting DNS & DHCP issues.
6. Experience in working multi domain environment with 1000+ users with excellent troubleshooting skill and team management.
